It's nice to "meet" you! I have had a passion for real estate since my earliest years, while growing up watching my dad build homes in Phoenix, Arizona and Sacramento, California. I have over 25 years of sales and marketing experience and absolutely love that I get to play a role in one of the most exciting things in life - home ownership! I feel blessed to work with amazing clients who become friends and continue to be a strong part of my referral network. One of my passions is helping my senior clients and their families find solutions to the challenges life brings as we get older. Have you heard I'm running for Realtor?
What does that even mean?

You may have seen my ads on social media or my signs around town. I am running this campaign season with the single intention of being YOUR Realtor for life. This campaign is meant to be a fun and energetic competition between myself and my colleague Scott Ostrode. My goal is to prove to you why you should elect me as the best candidate on November 5th, when we will have our own online voting platform. With the stress and craziness of this year's election, this is meant to be a fun and silly distraction, allowing me to win my way into your hearts (and real estate plans). My goal is to get exposure to new voters and clients all over the greater tri-county area. I am so grateful for my many supporters who encourage me daily to be the best Realtor in town.

I'm a top performer.

I hit the ground running when I started my real estate career and was quickly recognized as Rookie of the Year for our region as well as being named one of 30 Rising Star Achievers by the California Association of Realtors. I am in the top 5% of Realtors in my brokerage and have been recoginized as being in the top 3% of Realtors in the Tri-County region.

My dad is adorable.

Not only is he adorable, he is a valued member of my team. He is a licenced Realtor, and holds the position of Inspection Manager, helping my clients and I navigate through the scary and often rough waters that come along with home inspections. He has over 40 years of home building and construction experience, he is such a valuable asset to me. To know him is to love him.

I'm an original gangsta.

Yep, I have been enjoying the sweet smell of sawdust since I was a tot. I grew up on the jobsite with my homebuilder dad and loved learning how homes were built and how much HARD work it took to build them. As I grew up, I have learned how important a home is, and I love helping people achieve the dream of home ownership, Also, I have over 40 years of experience being a daddy's girl.

I'm a mom to a teen girl.

If I can wrangle and negotiate with a stubborn and opinionated teenage girl, then I sure as heck can negotiate the best possible scenario for all your real estate needs. Being a mom to a teen girl means I am sharpening my skills daily on finding creative ways to get my way, dealing with difficult personalities, conflict resolution and finding solutions to emergency situations. Mommin' aint easy, but neither is real estate!

My clients get red the carpet treatment.

There is nothing more exciting then getting keys to your new home and I love to celebrate that day! My buyers get a red carpet ribbon cutting ceremony the day we get keys handed over. I am constantly refining my ceremonies and trying to think of fun things to add to bring extra joy to my clients. It's one of my favorite parts of my job as a Realtor!

I love to have fun.

This job is stressful and I work very hard every day. However, I try to find ways to make even the most stressful and difficult real estate transactions fun. Diffusing the stress that my clients endure during a transaction is a priority to me. I'm a big nerd and anytime I get a chance to play I take it. I'm just Jenny from the block, don't be fooled by the real estate skills that I got!
